SHIPPING & RETURNS


Processing & Shipping

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Once your item has shipped, you will receive an USPS tracking notification. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking status to update.

Please ensure that the shipping information is correct at checkout. If, for any reason, your order is returned to us, it will be your responsibility to cover the reship cost. If you choose to receive a refund instead, you will be refunded the order cost only.

Orders are mailed via USPS Priority Mail.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING
We are not able to offer expedited shipping at this time.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We are not able to ship internationally at this time.


RETURNS
We currently do not accept returns/exchanges on any candles, sale items, and gift cards. We try our best to describe what a candle smells like, contact us if you have questions on a particular candle. If you are not pleased with the scent of a candle, please consider gifting it to someone who would enjoy it.

DAMAGED ITEMS
If your candle arrives damaged, we will replace it at no cost. The exchange/return process for damaged items must be started within 7 days from the original date of delivery. Please contact us at info@exceptionalscentsandmore.com with:

  • Your order number
  •  A picture of the damaged item


As soon as we receive this information, a replacement candle will be sent to you.
